Refunds/Returns

Please note that anywhere “REP” appears on this page, we are referring to your Retail Electric Provider, which is one of three affiliated brands:

Just Energy Texas LP (“Just Energy”)
Fulcrum Retail Energy LLC dba Amigo Energy (“Amigo Energy”)
Tara Energy LLC (“Tara Energy”)

If your self-installed product does not meet your expectations for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to the Return Policy Exceptions below. Your REP does not cover the upfront cost of return shipments. 

If you wish to return our product or report damage, please contact us at support@statrewards.com. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the original purchase.

Return Policy Exceptions 

The REP reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept unreported damaged merchandise at any time for any reason, and all unreported damaged devices 7 days after a customer receives them Products installed using our professional installation service.
